Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReviewForeman (the “Service”), provided by AgentTree (“AgentTree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at reviewforeman.com. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ReviewForeman helps home-services businesses monitor and respond to Google Business Profile reviews from a single inbox, run email review-request campaigns, and generate QR codes and review links to collect more reviews.

• You must provide accurate, complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you are registering on behalf of.

• Plans are billed monthly as described on our pricing page (Solo, Pro, and Agency). We may change plan limits or pricing with reasonable notice.
• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required at signup, and your card will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Billing is processed by Stripe and recurs automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to the Service until then.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account after providing reasonable notice.

• By connecting a Google account, you authorize ReviewForeman, via Google OAuth, to access and manage Business Profile data — including locations, reviews, and replies — for the account and locations you connect.
• You represent that you are authorized to grant this access for each connected location.
• You can disconnect a location at any time, which immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored credentials for that location.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by Google — including API changes, outages, or suspension of API access — that affect the Service’s functionality.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any contact lists you upload, and for ensuring you have a lawful basis to email those contacts.
• You agree to comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable.
• ReviewForeman automatically honors unsubscribe requests and maintains suppression lists. You may not attempt to email anyone who has unsubscribed or whose email has bounced.
• You may not use the Service to: send unsolicited bulk email unrelated to a genuine customer relationship; harass anyone; post or solicit fake or incentivized reviews; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; or violate the terms of Google or our other service providers.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

• “Your Data” means data you upload or connect, including customer contact lists, business information, and Google review data accessed through your account. You retain ownership of Your Data.
• You grant us a license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to provide Your Data to us, including any customer contact information used for campaigns.

We own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what is needed to use the Service. You retain rights to Your Data as described above.

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google, Stripe, Resend, and Supabase. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to those providers’ own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will result in more reviews or improved ratings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentTree will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold AgentTree harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Service, Your Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

• You may cancel your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees due, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
